Buyers: Finding Your Home

The Process...
Once the Listing agreement is signed, the following will take place:
  1. Supra lockbox placed immediately on or near the front door.
  2. SBC Independent Real Estate Group yard sign with information box for “MLS” brochures placed
    immediately in the front yard.
  3. Listing entered into “MLS” Multiple Listing Service site within six (6) hours of signed listing agreement.  
    Room sizes, amenities, and great remarks of your home will be detailed on the “MLS” listing page
  4. Professional color photos taken of home inside and out, along with virtual tour by Tour Factory Virtual
    Tour, and should be on-line within 48 hours. Listing and tour will be placed immediately on all the above
    listed web sites. (Note: Weekly traffic activity reports will be emailed to you directly from TourFactory.com,
    HomesOK.com,  and from some of the other  web sites listed below.)
  5. “MLS” color brochures placed in the “For Sale” sign information box within 48 hours.
  6. Color "Open House Flyer" placed in home within 72 hours along with Residential Property Condition
    Disclosure, copy of survey (if available), and any other pertinent information to provide to pros-pective
    Buyers and/or their Realtors.
  7. Pictorial ad in the Daily Oklahoman, Saturday Real Estate Section at least twice a month.
  8. Pictorial ad in the Edmond Sun Newspaper at least once a month.
  9. Sunday Open House 2:00 - 4:00 pm at least once a month, unless Seller declines.
  10. Color brochures distributed to local Realtors offices and emailed to top local Realtors.
  11. I will contact you personally regarding all requested showings which will be handled directly through me.
  12. I will contact you with feedback from every showing within 24 hours.
  13. I will keep you informed of market changes in your neighborhood by phone and/or email.
  14. Negotiations of the sale of your home will be handled expediently and professionally.
  15. I will help coordinate the inspections and repairs with buyers and/or their Realtor.
  16. I will handle all details of your closing with the buyers, and/or their Realtor, lender, and the title closing
    company.
  17. I will meet the buyers and/or Realtor at the final walk through (inspection) of your home the day of closing.
  18. I will meet you at the title closing company for the final signing on your home.
  19. I PROMISE to provide the best professional service to you, my client to make the sale of your home, from
    the first listed day to closing, as smooth and stress-free as possible.
